Jackie says:
It takes a lot of work to stay in shape. I must keep my body very flexible. I lift weights for my chest, shoulders, and arms about one and a half hours but I have to be careful-if I get too big then I won’t be able to move fast.
Then I work on my punching and kicking, working out watching my self in the mirror.
I kick for forty-five minutes which is very difficult. After that I spar with my trainer.
There’s contact, but we don’t hurt each other.
I also love to jog, but not up and down the hills, just level, like a park. I usually run about three and a half miles. And when i run i wear three layers of clothes to make sure I work up a sweat. Working up a sweat is very important because when you sweat up you burn fat and it keeps you thin.
So does drinking lots of water. That is also very important.
Jackie’s Diet:
Oh yeah I eat everything. Meat, vegetables, chocolates, pizza, ice cream some times five full meals a day. Of course some times I eat no meals at all. I am not careful about my diet. |
